ORGANIZATION

1.    Holy Spirit inspiration is imperative to work successively in the Divine will of God. The permissive will of God will offer limited success. “Without me ye can do nothing”

2.    Structure a team from biblical principals as Moses was instructed of God.

3.    Crusade Ministries structure will be offered only as a guideline.

    a.    Crusade Pastor/assistant Pastor

    b.    Crusade co-coordinator/assistant

    c.     Logistics co-coordinator

    d.    Public relations/advertising/recorder director

    e.    Counselor co-coordinator

    f.      Chaperone co-coordinator

    g.    Media director/assistant

    h.    Music director

    i.       Safety/medical co-coordinator/assistant

Dept.’s (c) thru (i) will build a team within their dept. All team leaders report to the crusade co-coordinator and he or she reports to the crusade pastor. A chain of command was God’s plan for Moses. A strong infrastructure (led of his Holy Spirit) is a must.

Crusade Ministries is blessed to have our county/city law enforcement-fire dept.-rescue squad-ambulance service and school bus owners/drivers, including a team of volunteers. We have approximately 200 volunteers to handle a congregation of 2000+

At this point it becomes very evident that this is no small task. I as Crusade Pastor am committed to offering my help to assist you in structuring a crusade for your school/community. Health and finances permitting, I will travel to your location and work with your team for three days/nights to assist in this awesome opportunity. My suggestion is to let God lead first, then call me and we will proceed to do everything within God’s leadership and power to help you succeed in reaching your students/community with the Gospel. We also hope you are interested in assisting your students to put prayer in school (pins). This is being accomplished (legal) at the present and is having a positive impact in the schools/community.
