The mission of the recorder is to record the
information given to us by the students in a loving and caring manner.

Coordinators will conduct a training session for the recorders before every
service and will be available to assist throughout the service.
1. The recorders will begin each service
with a group prayer.
2. The recorders must listen attentively to the information given by the students, some speak very softly
3. The information sheet needs to be completed
to the best of your ability. If some information is not available, just
take the info students give, as complete.
4. Do
not question the students or attempt to council with them. We have not
been trained as counselors.
5. Please do not bring small children to the backstage area. Every sound is amplified through the sound system.
6.
Treat every student as if he or she is
your own child.
